In app purchase mandatory?!

I was really excited about this app, as it could solve a lot of my problems and has some promising features, compared to apps such as "parkIt".

However, it seems as you HAVE to make an in app purchase just to even use it... The app claims this is free, but once I have to enter my iTunes passcode to confirm (which is usually done when I have to pay for things), I dont trust it.
How did this app even pass apples review process?!

Why make it an in app purchase if its free anyways? Something smells fishy.

Dont download this app, there are tons of apps available if you just search for "parking location reminder" or something similar, which are all free or dont lie about it.
